This is something that comes from within. Nobody can force you to get up at 6 am and workout for an hour daily. It is extremely important to stand by your decision and have strong will power to support it.
What shape do you see yourself 10 years down the line?
Without a doubt, I can say that I see myself at a healthier, happier and safer phase. I hope to inspire and help others through this time.
