I was already suffering from a lot of health issues because of my excess weight when I was diagnosed with PCOS. That was the point I decided to take my health seriously and started my weight loss journey.
How do I stay motivated? Since I have faced a lot of health issues, the very fact that I may go back to where I started keeps me motivated. A lot of people take their health for granted, but I know how important it is to stay in shape to stay healthy.
How do you ensure you don’t lose focus? Whenever I feel that I am losing focus and getting out of my grid, I remind myself what all I have achieved so far.
What’s the most difficult part of being overweight? I was really heartbroken when I was not able to wear the clothes of my choice. Additionally, I was also battling several health issues because of the weight.
